Taskbar has moved!

My taskbar has moved to th right side of my monitor(vertically) after i clicked on my mouse!!! How do i reposition it at the bottom of the monitor(horozontally)?

for Win7, you right click it, un tick ‘Lock the task bar’ and just drag the taskbar where you want it, like any other file~ Folders are not allowed ~.

that’s obviously not windows 7…
but regardless, just drag it back down to the bottom….
