T Nod password finder error

when I installed nod and T nod with password finder it worked flawlessly. Now every time T nod tries to install a license file it says “Error Tnod failed to install license beacause NOd setting are password protected” I havent changed any setting in NOd or anything how do I fix this

Inside NOD32, go to Set Up and then click on “Enter entire advanced set up tree”.
Is it asking you for a password to open the set up tree?

yes it did for some reason it changed is settings and password was the same as my windows password I reset it but odd I never enabled password
