svchost.exe is using TOO MUCH RAM

hi guys
I have problem with svchost.exe, its using too much RAM
I was googling and trying to find a clear answer about if i can delete or disable it but couldn’t find any clear answers.
if I deleted it would that cause any problem ?

you can not delete it
you can disable some not needed services to limit the number of times it loads
