Answer #2
Windows errors related to svchost.exe ?
svchost.exe is a system process belonging to the Microsoft Windows Operating System which handles processes executed from DLLs. This program is important for the stable and secure running of your computer and should not be terminated.

Normally this is fine, I always have many of these running even when im running WinXp through VMWare from inside Linux. If you notice some of them are taking up a lot of memory or processor % then you might want to run a virus check.
Don’t worry about it, in general, though.
Merry Xmas!
