Street Fighter 4 Slow Gameplay..

Can someone help me on how to adjust the gameplay of Street Fighter 4 because
when i play it the game is so slow, you move slow(But no lags, no problems with
the PC, only the game itself).
Can someone reply me on where should i adjust it, is it in the PC Setting, System
Setting or etc….

I assume you are playing at 30fps am I right? If you want to increase the FPS, turn off some features in the graphic settings. SF4 requires a good graphic card to run at maximum speed with all the pretty effects.

I have put all the Graphic Settings in Slow, i turn off the FPS Display , my refresh rate is 60 and still my Street Fighter 4 gameplay/combat is slow. All the characters move so slowly, unlike the others in youtube that the characters move so fast..

AHh ty who reply, no problem now coz my street fighter run smooth and fast. I have just turn off the Vsync
and change the Frame Rate from Variable to Fixed. Even if i set to the model, background , etc etc into high
the SF4 run smoothly and it is graded as A from benchmark.
