Steam and it’s unlock times

Quick question …
In Australia TESV:Skyrim unlocks in 22 hours. Where I live, it unlocks in about 33 hours … is there any way (via proxy or something) to unlock my game on Steam in 22 hours or do I have to wait until it unlocks in my region?
If you use proxy steam will ban your account without 2nd chance for unban.
Just wait for a bit, publishers enforce these release times for a specific reason.
