SONY MiniDV Handycam DCR-HC21 Software/Drivers

I need drivers/software for this product. Me and my friend want to make a movie, but SONY is ~censored~ and we’re not sure what to download, please help.
We need a link to the latest picture package, but all we keep finding is stupid updates.
