If anyone ever had any experience in using those websites?
I know there are lots of such websites on Google but i am asking if anyone has ever downloaded a dump from any of those websites and it really worked?

Passing Microsoft exams are pretty easy using the dumps. Almost all the questions come from it. Even if you are unlucky, then too 70%+ questions will be the same!
But after passing the exams using dumps, you would also have to prove yourself in the interview. And if you are unable to give the correct answers there, then your interviewer might ask you if you used dumps!
So I would say that you prepare thoroughly and work hard in learning. Use dumps in the end, just to make sure you pass!

Make sure you get the latest version and the one prior to that and study BOTH. There will be massive overlapping in questions, so studying both shouldn’t be a problem.
They DON’T even change the numerical values (IP, DNS, etc) and even the diagrams are the EXACT same! So you shouldn’t have difficulty clearing the exams.
Make sure that you have ATLEAST 95% accuracy before giving the exam.

PS: You will need a software to open their dumps, but that too can be downloaded from that website.
EDIT: I forgot to say, even the order of the options for answers are the same!
