[SOLVED]Help somethings wrong with keyboard settings!

If i click on some of the letters on a keyboard it gives me 2 letters or numbers a.e.
if i click on the letter: L it gives me this: la and if i click on letter: O it gives me this: oq
and also with numbers: 9 will be 91 HOW can i reset keyboard settings????

NEVER MIND i fixed it
i don’t know how i fixed it
i just went into registry and then something then keyboard i unninstalled the driver then the restarted pc everything was back to normal again!
