[Solved]firefox addon will not install

i tried adding this to firefox 3.5.6
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/13505
it downloaded, installed and said restarted. but didn’t install.
updated to 3.5.7 and still the same happens.
please help
Edit: i installed the addon about 3 hours ago onto my laptop fine, same version of firefox.
do you get any error message?
none. its like it installed but then didn’t
ill try again and see if i do

im guessing this has something to do with it.
If you need to use a browser and float about for add-ons, it may be worth asking yourself a question ;] Shall I use a desent browser apart from this. www.opera.com
And for , before I will get my post edited without this.. It’s because some add-ons only work with certain builds of FF ..
they were the exact same build.
i downloaded firefox to my laptop, and kept it on there.
put windows on this computer and installed the same ff.
then i just updated both laptop and desktop at the same time, from same site so im guessing they are the exact same build.
My Kaspersky blocks add-on installations on ff… Maybe your AV / Firewall does it too?

Well, Kaspersky can be pain… Its best to keep the protection off while you are installing something… Ofc. if you know its safe
