btw, another thing is that the names of the days of the week start with lowercase… never had happened to me WBB.

Try browsing through Date and Time in control panel, should be somewhere in there. sorry i wasnt able to help much.
go to control panel>date,time, regional etc>change format of numbers, dates,blah>customize button (when new window pops up)>time tab then set it as h:mm:ss tt
h:mm:ss tt
There are only H, not h
Capital H is for 24hour time. Lower h is for 12 hour time. And you dont get this option:
Try copying and pasting h:mm:ss tt into the box
