(SOLVED) what this device call ?

I looking for a part or device of computer that put it in the interface of the PC ((at the same place that we put dvd driver )) have some USBs ports, Mirco SD, compact flash and other ports. anyone knows it ?
Found one similar to what your asking for, but not quite right.. Couldnt quite figure out what the proper name for a device like is though.. maybe the name will help you figure it out.. (Silverstone TS03 SILVER 5.25″ Silent Combo Drive Bay, 12.7mm Slim Optical Drive Bay, 2.5″ HDD bay)..
Card reader is the term most commonly used.
