[solved] Call of Duty Black Ops -SKIDROW – sound problem

i have proper sound on the intro , menu or cinematics .. but i don’t have any sound whilst playing. ( i did try different settings and both of my headphones – one with an incorporated soundcard and the other one with the default soundcard )

tried switching soundcards or from big quality to ~love~ quality .. but i’ve got the same result
Try updating your sound card drivers.

worked fine for me – make sure you C++ and direct X are fine
SKIDROW are the worst release scene, where’s RELOADED / Razor1911 ?

got them from bc2 , cba-ed to install them from black ops.
but it might work , meh 
Go into the C drive and find the install programme and run the Direct X and C++. Had same problem on install but after worked fine.

i am having the same prob , i am having win 7 64 bit…help?? on reinstall wen i try to install direct x and c++ , it gives an error of cant install
mine wont work either, im ahving the same problem as .
first the game wouldn’t work bc i needed Dx something something.
i downloaded directx webinstaller and it wouldn’t work and it said i needed to check the dxlog to see what happened? wtf?
then i DL’d dx9 or what not file separately and installed it.
The game worked, but now the sound doesnt.
the installer still doesn’t work.
wtf do i do?
i am also hving same no sound while playing problem but sound are there when there are video only
reinstalling the redistributables(visual c++ and direct x)give in the skidrow installed game folder solved it thanks to you alll now theres everywhere sound
Go to the folder of installing game Activision\call of duty black ops\Redist\directX
and find the DXSetup. run it.
I solved the same problem with this.
