[SOLVED] No Autorun Work?

After i use Malware Removal Tool, it stops all autorun.inf for my DVD Drive and Flash Drivers, how can i fix that?
Example for Autorun.inf
[Autorun]
open="Flash.exe"
label="My Flash Disk 4.0 G.B."
icon=Kingston.ico

go in settings and enable autoplay or change settings to default….

Open Registry Editor
Goto HKLM->Software->Microsoft->Windows->CurrentVersion->Policies->Explorer
There change the Hex under “NoDriveTypeAutoRun” to 10. Might vary depending on the OS.
Reboot you PC if necessary.

I tried with 10 and 0x91 but it doesn,t work.
Solved By Installing New Windows. Sad
