[Solved] Issues at startup

Here is the problem:
When I start windows in “normal mode” and when it gets to desktop some programs wont load ( icons beside clock in the down right corner ) and that are antivirus , ati control panel etc. . It only runs Add New Hardware and Audio options. When I try to open any program nothing happens. I am now running in safe mode ( with networking ) and I can acces to internet .

may be a touch of malware
so
download malwarebytes antimalware from mbam.org, the free version, install it, let it update the sig files, let it do a quickscan of your computer.
wait until it finishes, it will show you a list of crap it finds on your scan, so just click delete , and it will ask you to reboot your pc , so please do so, and then once it reboots, do another scan to make sure

Managed after few restarts yesterday to somehow start in normal mod. Downloaded Malwarebytes, performed quick scan, founded 3 viruses, restarted when asked and same problem again. After restart same problem again :S

When it comes to Virus/Spyware, Trying to repair an infected system is in most cases
a complete of waste of time! You’d be best backing up your data and making a clean reinstall.

Did you only perform a quick scan using malwarebytes? If so, I would recommend doing a full scan as well.

@ Tried just quick scan.
I reinstalled OS Now it’s all ok
