{SOLVED} guys need a small help

guys my frnd is having a strange problem…whenever he is opening my comp. , my Doc, and other microsoft apps ( paint and etc) he is getting dont send error report…he also tried system restore bt no result…found tricks on other sites bt no result so any help guys

try insterting windows CD and upgrading ’em, or simply format pc and reinstall windows
