[Solved] Game moves very slowly all of a sudden

Here are my laptop specs:
Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit (6.1, Build 7600)
Samsung Electronics R440
BIOS: Phoenix SecureCore(tm)
Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU M450 @ 2.40 GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
Pagefile: 1500MB used 10507MB available
DirectX version 11
ATI mobility Radeon HD 545v
Recently after a antivirus update (avira antivir), all my games started to run slower in game for both online and offline games. Eg in shooter games the menu and videos are unaffected but the gameplay is slow, movement shooting etc is damn slow. i think its the framerate.
So i uninstalled my antivirus and restarted my laptop. But the problem still persists. I tried using gamebooster but it didnt solve the problem. I removed junk files and cleaned the registry too. All my games worked fine before so its not compatability issues. Plz help thanks in advance

Are you monitoring your hardware? CPU usage/temps, GPU usage/temps? Also disk usage…

id check temperatures considering its a laptop.

My laptops always on top of a cooling fan. and i don’t know why this occured in the first place, but after i updated my graphics driver the problem is solved. Thanks for your help.
