Sms sending service

I was about to make a Service for my website which is able to send SMS through out the world ….
hmmm how is it possible ? DO I should ask a DESIGNER ? or I could easily make it myself … how about the price ?? what’s the chippest way ?? is there any free services???

what is sms gateway and BULK sms ??
I am really Needed Information …SO I would be APPRECIATE anyone WHo could Help me ….
k i dono much abt wt r the necesary things to start tat service..
but i know wts sms gateway n sms bulk service..
sms gateway is like sending sms directly like peer to peer service without any intermediate service provider..
like when u send sms it`ll reach the reciever directly..
Normally it`ll goto Short Message Service Center n they`ll redirect it to reciever which may result in loss of data at times..

N bulk sms service is like sending a single msg to many no of users [at a time i guess]
like how our mobile service providers sending us sms or how the advertisement sms reaching multiple users[capability of send up to 100,000 messages each day]..
