I need help setting up Xbox live, as i just got a 360 for christmas. Im really amateur with Internet stuff but as far as computer things go I am fine. I have no idea what kind of internet I have. I dont have a Modem or a Router, All I have is a little box beside my phone line box in the wall. A cable connects my computer to this box and I see a little wire that connects it to the phone line. Im not sure what type of internet this is called. There is no way I can run a cable to my phone line box. The positioning of my computer and my xbox its almost impossible without the cable getting in the way. I have high speed internet and I need a way to get Xbox Live, Can anyone give me any solutions to set up xbox live? I know i can get a wireless router and a wireless network adapter, but im not sure how that works and what I need for that. Please help!
