every single hour for a few minutes (max. 8-10 minutes)

Usually for about 5-10 minutes every hour. It goes out on every round hour, meaning 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, etc. Good luck mate ^_^
Edit: It has been known to make exceptions so it might take longer at times
