Screen Problems

Hi my problem is that when switchin betwenn windows screen is not smooth, like i see the page load for 2 secs if that makes sense cause i don’t really know how to explain it good kinda motion blur.
Any idea please ?
Any help would be appreciated.

What monitor do you have? What you see might be the ghosting effect created by LCDs with lower refresh rates.

It’s a Viewsonic LCD 703m

It’s got an 8ms response time. All LCDs will seem to have a bit of motion blur because they are slower than CRTs. Typically ones below 5ms show less blurring but it’s still there..even with 2ms response time.

But i used to use this before on another pc and till i remember didn’t do this
I think it’s some driver problem but not sure
Is it possible though ?

Well maybe I’m misunderstanding. I’m just saying all LCDs will have a motion blur. Can’t say what’s your case since a description only tells us so much.

Ye your right, it’s cause i don’t know right words to describe like for example right now im on firefox right ? i go click on my a msn chat window on start bar and page kinda can be seen loading from up to down. it isn’t smooth like it doesn’t change instantly :S
