August 4th, 2016
Got a question maybe some1 can help out
This is my problem
after a while browsing the web or playing a game my screen goes black, it looks like sleep mode
but i cant get back to undo it unless i press the restart button
this happens on both my screens (dual screens )
so i wondering if any1 knows why and how to solve it this happens randomly after a hour after reboot or while playing a game/browsing
i tryed to update gfx driver and cleaned the cooler on the gfx card i thought it was that but nope still have it also look at the airflow in the case but it looks ok and changed the power saving thingie to never for screen and HDD
also the temp for cpu is als normal 4*C (stressed)
could it be a broken screen then i find it strange that i happen both at
the same time any1 that maybe can help me out , its quite a irritating issue specs win7 qaud core . 4gb ram
thanks
Ok. So say you were playing a game. Does it randomly go black or set period of time after. Does the PC power off?
no Pc doesnt power off , and it goes randomly black cant do a thing unless restart button
Weird, graphics drivers updated? Cables in the back properly?
ye updated the gfx drivers . rechecked all cables even put in a extra fan but still dunno what be the problem
Well its not dodgy monitors as they both do it, and I don’t think it would be a hardware error either.
When it next happens, try pulling out the monitor cables and putting them back in.
im trying now with 1 monitor . and new cables from pc to screens maybe some cable error dont think so but yea maybe it helps
When it next happens, try pulling out the monitor cables and putting them back in.
gonna try that will post results on here thanks for youre help sofar
