Both sellers from Canada, joined this month, made listings this month a few days after making their accounts, and on top of that, their selling expensive merchandise at unbelievable cheap prices and at massive quantities. If that’s not a scam, I don’t know what is.

Um no ebay is very much legit. I am a regular shopper there and have bought countless DIY parts that are simply not available where I live. I don’t know what I would do without ebay
Just today I ordered a bunch of 6P3T switches which electrical shops around here haven’t even heard of.

I’ve been an ebay member for years and i’m starting to feel this way. A switch to Amazon.com may soon be a lairing for me.
Scam easy way for the seller to make a quick buck the only people that lose out here is paypal…
Anything you buy from ebay..amazon can do better! Great bargain in different products, compared to other sites.
Items always arrive on time, and items are as described. Very reliable sellers, i have never had any issues.

Amazon has ridiculous shipping fees outside USA. Last time I went there to look for a PCI-E Extension cable, the price was all of $3 but the shipping charge including customs was $45. I can get the same from ebay with free shipping.
Amazon also has country based restrictions. Outside of USA, they only ship selective products to selective countries. Almost 90% of the time I get the message, “We are unable to ship this product to your address” message. If Amazon doesn’t fix these problems, they will never be a serious contender to ebay outside US.

Amazon does have sites outside the USA.
I do agree with you, that e-bay is much better though, as long as you are careful who you buy from, a little common sense prevails here.
I have bought from both sites for many years, and have found some sellers on e-bay you get your items very quickly, like Amazon’s own products, however, Amazon marketplace sellers take forever to send anything. I tend to avoid them like the plague.

ebay has been very good for me i have been a member for several years…i have bought so much stuff off ebay its very legit…you know the reputable ones on there by there feedback…but you do get some scams occasionally..
