Saint Row 3 gang customization crash

Hello my friends ,
I have a problem .
When I launch the game with Directx 9 , The game crash at gang customization .
I can’t run from direct 11 because it says : MF.dll missing”
What Can I do ? Thanks a lot..
Windows 7 X64.

Not quite sure. I know you need to make sure all your drivers are up to date, as well as your computer including DirectX.
Do a fresh install of DirectX if it has an error.

Thanks a lot but & install latest version of Directx .(VGA:5880)
I have Windows 7 X64 N edition , So it doesn’t have “Windows Media Player ” & “Media Center” .
Is “MF.dll” warning Connect to that ?

I have the same problem and I use DX11. I couldn’t find a possible fix and TBH didn’t care for it that much either. If you are not able to fix the problem, just move on and ignore the customization.
