Rosetta Stone : Does it work?

I wanted to know from your experience if Rosetta stone works? I want to be able to speak another language fluently and i plan to spend a lot of my dedicated time on this software .

Worked good enough for me. But try combining it with Pimsleur, that works a lot better.
Since Pimsleur is more based on audio, and with Rosetta you could learn how to write correctly.

This might simply be a motivation issue on my part, but I only found Rosetta really helped me when I was supplementing it with actual classes. Also, I’ve been hearing a lot about TellMeMore.com and their language learning software. It might be worth checking that out as well. However you spin it, you can go wrong trying Rosetta. Good luck.

The Michel Thomas method is fantastic if you can find it for you chosen language…
