Rome total war II not working

For last 4 days i’ve been playing it with no problems. Yesterday i played it in the morning and i turned it off when i finished. When i came back in the evening i tried to play but no luck. I thought it just got frozen so i restarted ma laptop. This didnt help.
Problem start when i lunch the application. Game starts but it show picture rome total war qnd after that sega nad creativ asembley should run but it just get stuck at that first screen. I also re installed the game twice. I even did system restore. Any other solutions?

seems you are doing everything right.
Maybe a anti virus update messed things up. Turn off AV, and launch the game

*repeat your crash or error but note the exact time of the problem.
Go to your Desktop.
right click "my computer", then click "manage".
The "computer Management" window should now pop up on your desktop.
You should see an entry called "Event Viewer"
Hightlight Event Viewer and click the arrow on the left side of event viewer.
You should see entry called "Windows Logs"
Click on the arrow on the left to open up Windows Logs.
Note the "exact time" of your error.
Click on the following one at a time and look for an entry at the time of your error:
Application
Security
Setup
System
You should be able to find something in those logs at the exact time of your error.
Post back what you find. Copy/paste the error or entry in the topic.

there is nothing regarding rome total war. Not one crash was recorded about the game at the time i started the game or at any other time during the day.
