Ripping audio from a music DVD

February 6th, 2020

So I have a few concerts I’d like to have in my iTunes but I have no idea how to rip audio, so how does on go about it? What software will I need? And also when the audio is ripped, is it converted into one big file? Or are all the tracks individual on the DVD? If that makes sense…
Thanks!

Answer #1
Try VLC player.
This allows you to record tracks/chapters individually so you should be able to get individual songs in their own file
depending on how the DVD was made..
