kk i got a bad virus and alot of spyware etc .. no point me cleanin up but I have COD 4, i will save the key obv but when i install on new comp will i loose everything like online stats and single game player data , cuz i compelted the game ..

I think you will lose single player data. You shouldnt lose multiplayer stats though.

You can backup your single player saves:
Call of Duty 4 – Modern Warfare\players\profiles

Back up your players folder in your Call of Duty 4 folder if you want to keep your saved games as well as your multiplayer stats and stuff. I repeat back up the whole folder of players if you also want your saved games.
