So the question is will I be able to play Red Alert 3 on this laptop? I am not really sure and I don’t want to waste time by downloading RA3, who knows when it’ll not work I waste my precious time!!!

Well, I see you have gma950. So technically it will run on your laptop, with everything low/disabled, although very slow.
edit. I didn’t saw you have only half gid of ram, that will be even more painfull
