Razer Naga Mouse

the drivers from the mouse might have conflicted with it, make sure your also downloading the right drivers for your OS, IE: 32 bit drivers and 64 bit drivers. also make sure, (i don’t know how old your PC is) make sure that they are not on old standard USB 1.1 ports, i had an older PC with a Razer mouse and the drivers didn’t work with the old USB 1.1
also make sure you plugged the USB to the back of the PC, not the front.
Well ye, that may be the problem..
try removing all razer drivers from you pc, (take the cable of the pc)
then do a restart, and try to install the drivers for the new device..
PS; try the mouse at another computer, just to check if the PC is problem, or the Mouse
