Rapidshare has limits. Rapidshare is going down.

On rapidshare’s website you can notice: ” Upload-Limit: Unlimited! (Max. 100 MB per file! Split-Archives allowed!)
Download-Limit: Unlimited! (Some files have 100.000 Downloads!) ”
They are just kidding. There are limits big limits!

Why I still cant download anything? I extended account. Pleas return my money I will open account in other service.
I have hard drive just 120GB with operation system how I could download 25GB during 5 days by 30 days?
Its possible? Did I downloaded 150 GB? Maybe one of your worker stolen my password?
Don’t play with me that stupid game. Return my money. I notice its a lot of other services which are not doing fun of

Traffic calculation example:
Within 5 days you may download 25 GB. For example you may download day by day
5 GB without any interruption. An alternative is that you download 15 GB today, 10 GB tomorrow with a break following the next three days.
Traffic calculation detailed example:
day 0 -> no downloads
day 1 -> 10 GB downloaded (15 GB left to download)
day 2 -> 5 GB downloaded (10 GB left to download) day 3 -> 10 GB downloaded (traffic limit reached)
day 4 -> traffic limit (sum from day 0 until day 4 is 25 GB)
day 5 -> traffic limit (sum from day 1 until day 5 is 25 GB)
day 6 -> 10 GB available for download (sum from day 2 to day 6 is 15 GB) With the button “Logs” in the premium zone you can see how much you have
downloaded on each day and from what IP-address.
That’s just how Rapidshare works. You are welcome to try and get a link card with Megashares. These will allow you near unlimited downloads until your link card expires (depending on the type of the card). The file size limit with them is 10GB and not 100MB and you’ll get decent download speeds with them. However, there is noticeably less hosted on Megashares than on Rapidshare. Good luck mate ^_^

downloading.?? We have just finished writing to this e-mail address.

I avoid answering questions if someone blames me this kind of stuff. We are a
trustworthy company. We do not stuff that you have mentioned in the e-mail.

The support team is in fact not the brightest one on earth, from my experience, but they will not use your login details to download. It is in fact the most stupid and illogical thing to suggest. Perhaps you’re using a very stupid download manager that reports wrong data to Rapidshare or perhaps your account was phished or something. However, you cannot blame the support team for that, it would just cause resentment and they will be reluctant to help you. You needn’t have written such a letter. You should have formed it in a stern but very polite manner. You can still request your money back of course but ask for the transaction to be canceled in a polite manner. Good luck mate ^_^

Yeah, Flahsget is an awesome one. I always used it to download from Rapidshare and it shows correct data in the Premium Zone. Good luck mate ^_^

I use IDA ( internet download accelerator), but the best way is using Opera browser and manage your downloads with it. Opera is great and manage all excellently and do not need a downloader.
