Quickest Blu ray converter?

Hey people i have downloaded a few apps from the web, as trails, to convert Blu ray to HD video files, but the programs are very very slow
Any idea which is the best/fastest one to use?

Quickest Blu ray Converters only work in Faster systems
I mean the converters are as fast as your system is (mostly)and imagine , So you can either download HD videos or leave them in a queue over night

Here’s how I do it and it works faster than the Blu-ray converters out there, produces excellent quality, and keeps the DTS multi-channel audio:
1. Rip the Bluray with AnyDVDHD to get the m2ts files on the hard drive
2. Use tsMuxer to demux the video, audio, and subtitle streams
3. Use Mainconcept Reference to encode the video stream to h.264 1080p or 720p
4. Use mkvmergeGUI to mux the h.264 and the audio and subtitle streams into an MKV container
