1)Can you go on the itunes store even with a jailbreaked itouch?
2)If i transfer music, can i still use itunes?
3)I hear jailbreaking voids warrenty so is they anyway to remove the jailbreak to make it back to normal(so i get my warrenty back)?
4)Is it possible to jailbreak a Ipod touch 3G with 3.1 firmware?
5)What are the chances of it being bricked and how can it be bricked?

4. As ive heard you can jailbreak it but when you do a restart it will go back to normal, But im not so sure.
5. there are not chances to get it bricked. If something goes wrong you can do a restore.
6. Blackra1n
Just get blackra1n and it will do everything for you.
There is no risk of briking your ipod, and even if something goes wrong during the jailbreak you can always restore through itunes.
Before jailbreaking; you should upgrade your ipod to 3.1.2, so that you have the latest version because if you update while jailbroken; youll lose the jailbreak.
If you want your warranty back, just restore it through itunes…
So basically, when you jailbreak, youre not losing anything… and you can unjailbreak it at anytime.

EDIT: Looked up on blackrain and it says its combatible with 3.1(which i have) and 3.1.2 Looks really simple too

go to cydia and add a source “cydia.hackulo.us” and download installous

You need to go to Cydia and add this source:
After you have added this source, search for “AppSync para OS 3.1” and install it, this is a patch that will allow you to install cracked applications from iTunes. It’s the easier way to do it, just download the application and then added to iTunes. After that just sync it.

Download appsync and installous from the source i gave you before. Appsync is to load ipa from itunes and installous is a browser for all cracked programs. Have fun.

Still cannot be bricked, not even semi brick. you will ALWAYS be able to DFU restore, no matter what. and as for vista and BR, run as admin. Thats the issue most people have – im glad its so simple, remember the days of 24kpwn and all custom firmwares, DFU and all he other BS lmfao. U_u

3) Yes (DFU restore and all will be fine)
4) Yes. Currently, the jailbreak is ‘tethered’ (meaning you aren’t allowed to turn your iPod off – if you do, you’ll have to re-jailbreak). This is due to be fixed shortly with ‘greenpois0n’.
5) Very low. Can be bricked in jailbreaking process. Always can restore in one way or another – very, very nearly impossible to totally brick.
6) DFU restore
7) For you, greenpois0n when it’s released – for now blackra1n
