PUT GAMES ON ITOUCH FROM PC

hey guyz.. just got an itouch recently and would like to know how to put my apps dat ive downloaded from this site on my pc ONTO my itouch.. transferrin da apps and games onto da itouch! any ideas?

You need iTunes, but first of all you need to jailbreak the iPod. First, upgrade to 3.0. Download the firmware from this site:
http://www.felixbruns.de/iPod/firmware/ (you need ipod touch 1G or 2G 3.0)
Next, open iTunes, hold shift and click restore. Select the file you just downloaded.
Now you need to jailbreak the ipod:
Download redsn0w from one of these links:

    * http://www.highphone.org/redsn0w-win_0.7.2.zip

    * http://www.ipodtouchmasterfr.com/files/redsn0w-win_0.7.2.zip

    * http://ivwriting.com/redsn0w-win_0.7.2.zip
    * http://asifzia.com/redsn0w-win_0.7.2.zip

And follow the instructions. Only install cydia, not icy. Once you have cydia, open it, tap manage, sources, edit, add and type:
http://cydia.hackulo.us
Tap search and search for appsync. Install that.
Now install one free game from the official app store (you need to do this) and reboot the device. You can just doubleclick files downloaded from here, they will appear in iTunes. Next you can just sync them

it will messed up no matter how cause you jailbreaking it, do it at own risk btw, you crash it and ask help from apple they wont help cause it against their rules

not rly my frnd got a new itouch after failing to jailbreak it u just dont tell em tht
and red snow is the best you cld get for hacking itouch so use tht
