Program to Combine .AVI files without any quality loss?

i got a bunch of movies that are in 2 parts that i want to combine which is the best program to do this without losing any quality

Ultra video joiner can do that.
The videos need to have the same bitrates and fps.

i used the ultra joiner it took about 40 minutes and quality was bad

Don’t re-encode it.

AVIdemux does the same as Vdub and more, it’s better for keeping audio in sync
