Program like jDownloader?

Is there a (better, equivalently) program like jDownloader that can download from file hosters like Rapidshare, Mediafire etc.?

What’s wrong with JDownloader? Other people recommend Mipony and IDM as alternatives.

Well, There’s JDownloader2, It’s still under development, But does have a lot of improvements over the current:
