Problems while playing Black Hawk Down

While playing black hawk down error sysdump.lxl pops out and the game stops.What may be the problem???? is there a problem with my pc P Dual core windows vista

i cant remember Whats the system requirement of Blak hawk down. May be OS issue.

What is the exact error? sysdump?
post the logs.
