problem downloading in idm

Using any firewalls? If so, turn off, reboot and try again.
nope no firewall…..only using nod32 v3….does it cause any problem…
Not suprisingly your not the only person to get this error message, and this error message isnt native to RS, but to any situation where a connection, or multiple connections are being made to a database.

I think this might be an RS issue, and the error message itself is finding a problem with the “REMOTE” host – ergo not the client (you)
You might be able to help this problem by limiting the number of simultaneous connections that you have on IDM – bring it down to 1 for the mean time, and perhaps try a different RS server for that download.
