Printer Is Printing Blank Pages

Ok so I have an HP DeskJet 1415 with the latest drivers and software from their site. It prints fine from my account in the computer but when my dad uses his account, it prints blank pages. We both have administrator accounts in Windows XP and both have the same drives/software installed. It also has the same problem if someone prints from a laptop wirelessly or if they print from another wired computer.
Are there any settings i could change? Plz help, thanks!

duz it sound like it’s printing the page or just rollup a blank page ?

it sounds like its printing cuz it takes a little while, whereas if there was nothing the page would just slide through. so yea, it does seem like its printing, but no ink.

you try a test page or calibration from pop’s acct or the lappy ?

Maybe your out of ink, or your cartridge is messed up.
