Port 51413 help

I’m in transmission on mac. Torrents download perfect. No problem with that. But uploading is an issue. It doesnt upload. Or if it does itll upload like 3 mb and it stops. Doesnt upload at all and its an issue being part of private torrents sites. I’m guessing its port 51413 since in transmission it says its closed. How do i open it? or anyone know how to fix the uploading problem?

I port forwarded 51413 in the router settings but in transmission its still saying closed
