Play PS2 (not-cracked or modded) games off of a hard-drive

is there any way to play PS2 (not-cracked or modded) games off of a hard-drive?
Like to I need anything (program/built in thing)

If you have a good PC you can use PCSX2 Runs super well and makes games hires HD, looks amazing.

u can do that on ps3s…just download an iso(need to have a jailbroken playstation 3) and then just place it the folder GAMES…then just launch multiman and the ps2 game should be recognized automatically…
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE THE HARD DRIVE IS FORMATTED TO FAT32 AND ALSO THE GAME SHOULDN’T BE LARGER THAN 4GB OTHERWISE THE HDD WONT ACCEPT IT.FAT 32 ONLY ACCEPTS SINGLE FILES UP TO 4GB
