phpBB search syntax?

I have a few URLs bookmarked to make my searches quicker. For example I use this to search for a certain author, year(keyword), title only etc.
https://www..org/search.php?show_results=&search_forum=4&search_terms=all&search_fields=titleonly&search_author=ShAaNiG&search_keywords=2014%s
Here is another one searching forum +4 (movies) with 2015 as the keyword.
http://www..org/search.php?show_results=&search_forum=4&search_terms=all&search_fields=titleonly&search_keywords=2015%s
I would like to ADD keywords, but I don’t know the syntax. For example, I would like to search for 2015 and 2016.
I would also like to OMIT certain keywords (if possible). For example WEB-DL, or CAM.
What would I have to write in the url to use multiple keywords? I’ve tried underscore, comma, and, %20. I give up.

This seems to work for Movies..
2015 -cam
2016 -WEB-DL
Or best search by imdb

I’m just trying to make a bookmark that easily searches for all criteria without having to input the info every time I want to search for movies.
I’m also not looking for a particular movie. I only want 2015, 720 or 1080(for example), but want to omit web-dl, cam and all that crap.
I also would like to search only posts from a few different posters (Shaanig, HD3D, ultrascorp etc)
