PhpBB or IPB or vB?

I am starting a forum, its a discussion forum about my country and everything related to it. I am in a dilemma whether to use PhpBB/IPB/vB! I have already run a phpbb forum but don’t know much about coding. So i am here for your suggestions. If i go for vB/IPB, i intend to use nulled versions till the forums become successful then i will buy the license. And if your suggestion is phpbb then should i go for 3 or 2?

Nulled is stirctly prohibited and they can ~love~ down your hosting so choose open source phpbb which is free to use.

Personally for me phpbb3 is so easy for use and there are great styles which you can have, check this site http://rockettheme.com those styles are premium but you can download them from warez-bb =D

phpBB, only use nulled for testing purposes and stuff like that.

Let me tell you this from experience. If your OK with the default look of things, phpBB3 is fine.
If you want to customize things, then phpBB3 is going to drive you crazy. I spent weeks customizing one and hardly made a dent in it. The php is massive and so much to do for modification.
Never used a nulled script, that’s just not worth it.
Use one of 3: MyBB, phpBB, SMF!
