Photoshop help for a PS noob

Can anyone tell me how to add a photo to a PSD frame that Ive downloaded from here…the frames could be of any subject…wedding etc just need to know how to add the photo in PS

I’m not sure what you’re asking, but i’ll give it a shot.
Drag the image file into photoshop, press ctrl+a to highlight it all, ctrl+c to copy it, then go to the frame you want to add it to, press ctrl+v to paste it, then ctrl+t to move it.
For a frame (that is, an outside border) use the above, or the reverse (open the frame, open the picture, copy all in the picture, paste into the frame and resize to fit)
If it’s a template (a picture with a space for a head, like a bride with a blank where her head is) – it’s the same, but you don’t copy all, you mask off the head od the second picture and copy-past-resize).
