PES 2012 black box loading forever

hi,
i downloaded the Black Box version the ISO file size is 1,755,956 KB . now i tried to run it directly from desktop but it’s loading forever!
also how can i apply the patch?
please advice

What’s your PC specs?

Update All Drivers, Like, Direct X, Graphics & Visual C++.
And try Run with administrator.
