Hmm…sounds good lol
Do u guys think someone would buy My Pentium 4 for $150?
No, you can buy them new for $80. Since yours is used, I’d say $40.

Uber rape when comparing those 2
I have a pentium 4 ht so i know where your coming from, and quite simply, its a very good jump to make.
I have compared mine with some dual cores at school (and these are low spec dual cores) – even then the difference is noticeable, so upgrading to a high spec dual core, like the E6850 you suggested will be much more of an improvement.
Bear in mind that cps are not the only things that affect your computers speed, everything from your hdd speed, motherboard fsb speed, ram speed capacity and latency should be taken into account for a “fast” computer.
Make sure your mobo is compatible if your upgrading your existing computer.
Put it on EBay for a bid, you won’t get much. But something is better than nothing. Think of it as 10% off your new Core 2.
looking this chart: http://www23.tomshardware.com/cpu_2007.html?modelx=33&model1=902&model2=872&chart=419
it is atleast twice as good. the chart is the cpu test in 3dmark06.

yeah exactly thxs everbody
I’m on Pentium D HT 2.8Ghz Dual Core and it’s smooth and nice!
well that can be but it is still 2 p4’s and putted together on 1 socket, so it isnt an real dualcore like the core2duo series. and the power that it uses is higher.
CORE 2 DUO for sure
core 2 duo, p4 ht 660 is the best legend
