pc help needed please

I have a laptop with 2 user accounts, both password protected.I can log into the one account and use the laptop but i cannot log into the administrator account, everytime i type the password in the computer just hangs or crashes.I have tried also in safe mode.I cannot uninstall anything, or run any programs etc because it always asks for the password, any help please.

Reset both passwords and set them up after you loged in again:
Hiren’s BootCD > Password Tools:
Active Password Changer 3.0.420
To Reset User Password on windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista (FAT/NTFS)

The password i am entering is 100% correct but after entering it the laptop just crashes or hangs until i have no choice but the turn the power of and reboot.I will give it a try though mate thanks for your reply

Try it in safe mode .
