Outlook 2010 SMTP Gmail Error

I installed the office 2010 Plus.
tried to add my gmail account to the Outlook but i got error…
so i tried this guide: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/17248/set-up-gmail-imap-in-outlook-2010/
but i still get error on the outgoing server (SMTP)
