OS iso files

Ok so i have some iso files for some OS(win7,xp,etc) but i want it to be one iso file.I have like 2 or 3 or 4.So what would i do to make it one?
Also the files i have are disk images how to make it an iso file??

You cant as then all the files would intermingle…
