Optimized drivers for graphic cards?

Hello,
I have got some problems with the drivers for my graphics card.
I remember, a few years ago, I used omegadrivers for my graphics card, but they stopped developing.
Are there any modern modded drivers out there?
I have a AMD HD6870,

Try uninstalling Flash then installing the latest version.

Tried everything, even reinstalled Windows 8.
